Scott Walker Makes ABC Regret Cancelling Conservative Sitcom With Harsh Truth

NEWS

Many conservatives were stunned last week over the decision by ABC to canceled the very popular sitcom “Last Man Standing,” starring Tim Allen. Some have theorized that ABC really canceled the show because it didn’t want to promote anyone who held conservative ideology, especially in a world in which Donald Trump is president.

Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker posted a tweet about the canceling on Thursday. The tweet linked to an article written by John Note for The Daily Wire that attempted to explain the cancellation of the show.

“(Tim Allen), Looks like ABC is playing politics with your show despite decent ratings. Sad,” Walker wrote.

The article that Walker linked to pointed out that that ABC is owned by Disney, a “rabid left-wing company” run by Bob Iger, a vocal supporter of the Clintons for years.

“Through his character, the politically conservative Allen has poked fun at Hillary Clinton, political correctness, and the Left at large,” read the article. “Worse still, he has created a popular, sympathetic and likable television personality who holds the beliefs and values our entertainment and media elites want to tell us can only belong to Nazis.”

Allen’s show has been remarkably popular, and there really was no reason for ABC to cancel a show that was raking in millions of dollars for them.

However, much like other Republican shows on television, “Last Man Standing” is being eliminated by those who are terrified that Americans might realize that being conservative is perfectly acceptable, while liberals have some serious problems.

Hopefully some other network will come along and pick up “Last Man Standing” or Allen will be able to star in another show that will continue where the sitcom left off. I know I’d watch it.
